Shouldn't the address of the recipient be at the top of the front page?
What function would
it have if located at the bottom of the front page? If this is the way
they do it at the UNSC,
then no wonder that they are screwed up.
Please find attached a copy of the letter sent to the UNSC in response to
the
Presidential Statement issued on 15 May 2009 accusing Eritrea of sending
weapons to the opposition in Somalia.
