As Mark Twain once said, "A lie can travel half-way around the world while truth is still putting its shoes on."
It's been difficult to combat all those lies Dr. Bereket, Saleh Gadi and their cohorts have told about Eritrea over the years. Sophia Tesfamariam is one of those people who has challenged them publicly and worked tirelessly to expose their lies in the press.
Kudos to Sophia for confronting Dr. Bereket on his anti-Eritrean obsession. It's fair to say that she got the better of him on that exchange.
