EAAA honored EriAm sisters/ Alex honored for Academic Excellence
EAAA awarded EriAm sisters with a special Athletic Gold medals for their exemplary work in the music industry and setting a high standard for Eritrean youth in their performances, discipline, and academic excellence. They were handed their medals and EAAA T-shirts from Minister Saleh Meki.
It is the Eritrean Community believe that these sisters will play a great role in introducing Eritrea in the American community and the invitation of ENHOC is to show them the support of their community.
The EriAm sisters were very much happy by their first visit to Washington DC and the support of the Eritrean Community to them. The EriAm sisters performance on Saturday night was applauded by young who get up and moved to the stage.
In a related event Alex Amaniel, EAAA secretary, was honored by ENHOC for his 4.0 GPA. Alex will head to college this month with his full scholarship. It is an honor to EAAA when its runners/ members are excelling not only in running but in Academic Achievements too. Many high achieving Eritreans from Elementary school up to Masters level were honored during the Sunday night award ceremony.
