Our attitude is what make us who we are today.
Our attitude shape us and is the direct
result of the way we think about environment
and ourselves. How much are we aware about
our daily activities and eating habits?
Rule # 1 Exercise regularly (for our body) are you excersing ?
Rule # 2 Read books about the subject that interest you most (mind) when was
the last time you read book ?
Rule # 3 Learn other languages (communicaton) what new word have learn today
?
Rule # 4 change your eating habbits (health) are you over weight ?
Rule # 5 do not expect from other expect from yourself (difficulties) if it
is easy try to do it yourself ?don't blame or complain
Rule # 6 Respect (for yourself)
Rule # 7 Voluteer on your free time (moral abligation)
Rule # 8 write down in paper what worries you the most (stress)
Rule # 9 make someone happy today (friend or family life is not about us
only)(happiness)
Rule #10 last but not least do not go to bed or eat before you "Pray"
