Jama Mohammed of the Alliance forthe Re-Liberation of Somalia expressed regret about the deaths of civilians inKampala, blames Uganda for deaths in Kampala and for the civilians death inSomalia; He says innocents have died in both countries; "Attackingcivilians is very bad",he said. "What has happened in Uganda has beenhappening in Somalia for the last three years". The only difference, hesaid, is that those who died in Kampala were not Somalis. He did not comment onal-Shabaab taking credit for the bombings; said more IGAD troops offer nosolution; claims Ethiopia sent 30K troops four years ago to no avail; AU effortto move from peace keepers to combat forces is misguided, Jama said fromAsmara.
