Farmers from both sides of the Mereb River, the symbolic river which divides the Eritrean and Ethiopian border,said they are expecting a bumper harvest this year from a very good rain, and well prepared farming. In this People to People program hosted by Tewelde Weldegebriel, Tesfay Abraha from Mendefera Eritrea and Marcos Yohannes from Adwa, Ethiopia said, communities at the border use the water from the Mereb River mutually and friendly.
