"MANAGEMENT BY CRISIS"
NOTE: I am often asked by friends whether or not the use of the phrase
"Management by crisis" in "Press Releases" or "Speeches" made in the
"Diplomatic/Political" context is appropriate. Although the phrase was
original used in the "Business Context", it conveys the intended message
when used in the "Political/Diplomatic" context, that is, the 'Party' or
'Parties' that employ this strategy formulate short sighted policies
that would worsen a crisis situation instead of solving it.
