A very sad day for the entire nation indeed. To this great man, there
will never be another Minister Saleh Meki, but your legacy will live on
as well as your hopes and dreams. My personnal condolences to his
families and friends. Please know that we are all mourning and griefing
along side with you. Rest in peace Saleh Meki.

The late Minister is survived by his wife and children.The Government
of Eritrea extends its sympathies and condolences to the bereaved
family of the late Minister.
