So, we are told that we are being administered by a government we don't
like - except we don't know it. That our people are being held as
slaves in their country but they don't understand it. That the foreign
interests of the likes of Martin Plaut and Dan Connell who are calling
for the overthrow of our government are being done on our behalf for
they have a bleeding heart for us.
This rush of events comes at the heel of the fizzled out illegal and
unfair US sponsored UN sanctions against our country. It is being done
at a time when Eritrea is asserting its rightful place by proving its
detractors dead wrong on their unfounded accusations against her that
came with different colors and meanings. It is also being done at a
time when various international investors are rushing to Eritrea as if
there was no tomorrow under perhaps one of the most lucrative business
environment Eritrea could offer. Although there are millions of Isaias'
that could and would take over state power should the need arises, it is
important to know that the President of Eritrea has been reported dead
by the same crowd that "Cares so much about Eritrea" on many occasions!
He looks alive and well to me. But, if he was dead, then he sure is the
only person, that I know, who has risen from death several times in his
life time.
But, the point is, why all the lies and evil designs for Eritrea are
being spewed out by people and/or organizations who claim they have
Eritrea's best interests at heart? Why fabricate news when, according
to them, they have plenty of evidence of mischief that is being done in
Eritrea? The reason is simple. These people and those criminals who
are sponsoring them behind the scene could care less about the wellbeing
of Eritrea and its people. They have not-so-hidden agenda to see to it
that Eritrea falls in line to their selfish and reckless designs just
like what they have succeeded in doing to many corrupt Third world
governments. They conveniently forgot that the Eritrean people (and
that is what matter most) have paid sweat and blood to achieve and
maintain their political independence from Ethiopia, which has been
supported tooth and nail by the same squandering instigators of the
"Coup des Etas" that never was. As if to place an exclamation mark to
their evil designs against the Eritrean people and its leadership, they
managed to line up a bunch of losers and runaways in London and have
them vandalize our Embassy in the city. It was not coincidental that
some of the mob were a trash website owner and a loose cannon so called
"human right" activist among the participating vagabonds.
The irresponsible act of vandalism that was carried out by certain
runaways draft dodgers in London and apparently proud of doing the
thuggish and cowardly act reminds me of Colen Cox quote:
"Now that it's all over, what did you really do yesterday that's worth
mentioning?"
Absolutely nothing! Shame on you for giving decent and law abiding
Eritreans the bad name that you and only you deserve.
