Asmara, 31 January 2013 – A total of 42 teachers from all corners of the
country who have been attending training in the Arabic language by Sudanese
resource persons have graduated. The training that was conducted at Asmara
Teachers Education Institute involved Arabic literature, methodology of
teaching for preliminary students and fundamentals of pedagogy.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister of Education, Mr. Semere Rusom,
indicated that the training was organized in line with the agreement
reached last year between the education ministries of Eritrea and the
Republic of Sudan pertaining to mutual collaboration. He further called on
the trainees to demonstrate commitment in their career.
