The EIC (Enterprise Investment Corporation Share Co. held a day-long,
extraordinary meeting at the Eritrean Cutural and Civic Center (ECCC) in
Washington DC, on February 2, 2013.
Chairman Amdemichael G. Selassie gave a keynote address petaining to the
progress made during the past years.
Professor Moges W. Selassie followed with a very inspiring and educational
lecture on "Strengthening the EIC Investment Policies". EIC Legal Advisor
Berhane Gila Michael also gave a lecture on proposed investment and legal
strategy going forward.
Vice-Chirman Goitom T. Mengesha provided attendees with a lecture on a book
entitled "212 Degrees", which likened the efforts of the EIC to water that,
when reaching its boiling point, propels an engine to full force to execute
booming business operational activities.
The lectures were followed by a Q&A session.
A website for the EIC will soon be operational. A video of the event will
