Vincent Leonard, a former American marine cadet and administrator in Reporters without Borders, has illegally targeted students in Japan from Eritrea for human trafficking.

Eritrea has recently requested UNSG Ban Ki Moon to carry an independent full investigation on human trafficking activities unleashed against its citizens all over the world since the last ten years.
