Defamation of nations which don’t ally with the western countries is one of the ways, to shape public opinion against them. This is achieved through exaggerating human rights abuses in those countries and emphasize that among other things, they were “evil”, “forced conscription” or engaged in the “persecution of the church”.

Using their Mass media for distorted information, to mislead a wide range of the population in the various countries. Uncooperative nationalist defending the national interest of their country became the targets of character assassination meant to induce skepticism about the information they reported. In contrast, amateur journalists or pseudo activist, who do not have the ethics of Journalism seen as cooperative and year in and year out rewarded with “Journalist oft the year“ “human right activist“. Most of the so-called Journalist is hired to tarnish the image of Eritrea. They are working not to enlighten their society, but satisfy their masters.

United States sanctions against Eritrea in the name of IGAD, AU and other regional organizations had failed. Its charges against this young nation have been outright fabrications by Eritrea’s archenemy, Ethiopia, which this monitoring group has been trying to legitimize, with the help of the Western media does not materialize. These Sanction is led in coordination with media propaganda.

Recently, a European court ruled on 17th Dec. 2014 that the judgments which were not based on sound legal, but on conclusions derived from the media and the Internet, have explained as null and void. Similarly, the sanction on Eritrea was not based on how “democratic” Eritrea is and certainly was not because Eritrea is mistreating its citizens… It was the media and internet based accusation and must null and void.

Every concerned Eritrean by now aware of that sanction was supposed to be in effect because it was concocted by Weyane and the USA just to achieve a regime change. Now that the international community after turning every stone in the region found out that Eritrea is as clean.

Eritrea always prevails and will always prevail, because Eritrea has been always on the truth and respected the rule of law. Eritrea will never change its policy to please any other nation or to serve any other nation’s interests. In conclusion, as the renowned Lawyer, Sociologist and Anthropologist Professor Asmerom Legesse noted “Eritreans are a nation of laws and the law is theirs.”
