Asmara, 12 March 2014 –The Eritrean community members in the German cities
of Stuttgart and Frankfurt have asserted readiness to step up participation
in state affairs. They made the pledge at a Seminar with Mr. Petros Tsegai,
the Eritrean Ambassador to Germany, during which he gave briefings focusing
on the objective situation in the Homeland vis-à-vis its development.
The Eritrean Ambassador went on to explain that the Eritrean government
could register remarkable accomplishments regarding education, health,
diplomacy and other spheres on the basis of the policy of self-reliance and
independent political path. He further pointed out that hostile external
agendas could not sap the pace of the nation-building process, and called
for higher popular resolve as well as organization to this end.
