We are finally there -Seattle and the Eritrean Independence Day celebrations! Our cherished Independence Day! Saturday the 23rd AND Sunday the 24th of May are upon us! And the team, is ready to dance the night away with patriotic music!
Helen Meles has already been the talk of town in several US cities, starting with Atlanta, Las Vegas, Phonix! She can’t wait to duplicate her artistic talent, right in the Emerald City. She will be complimented by:
· Habtom Fessehaye (Enquiee) (ክራር)
· Sami Ghnbot (Keyboard)
· Dawit Tesfamariam (Saxpone)
· Tedros Tewelde (base guitar) and
· Mike Alazar (lead Guitar)
Remember the young talent “ዋርሳይ” youth show that has won admiration every Independence Day event at the Volunteer Park for the last several years! They are excited about doing with class of their own. And last but not least, the classic “ተሓምበለ”, will follow - a sight you wouldn’t want to miss! And as always a variety of culinary treat and beverages will be available.
