The seventh stage of the cycling tour of Burkina Faso, run Thursday between Bobo Dioulasso and Banfora of 84.5 km, was won by sprinter Michael Eritrean Habtom.
This is his third stage victory in this 28th edition of the Tour du Faso, and the fourth for the Eritrean team.
Overall, the Moroccan mouhssine lahsaini still leads with 1'23 "ahead of his compatriot Mohamed Amin Rafal.
This Friday, the eighth stage will lead the caravan from Bobo Dioulasso to Dedougou about 174 kilometers, the longest stage this year.
