The Eritrean National Football Team - nicknamed "Red Sea Camels", has been representing Eritrea in regional, continental and international competitions, searching for more players to strengthen the National Team.
The new Football Federation board is planning to build a new strong Red Sea Camels on the back of players with dual nationality.
It is with this utmost heartfelt respect that the Commission of Sport & Culture has send an invitation to all players abroad to be partof new selected Eritrea National Team.
Henok Goitom (AIK Fotbol), Mebrahtu Golgol (Western Sydney Wanders), Amir Idris / Hassan Idris (Pontefraet Collieries) Samyuma Alexander (Al-Murqani) Ahmed Abdu, Yussuf Saleh has been included in the 35 man big squad.
The ENFF is also in touch with Eritrean football professional Joel Gebrezgabir (Eintracht Frankfurt), Nahom Ghebru (FSV Frankfurt)Eritrea will participate in the African qualifiers for the World Cup 2018 and meet Botswana in a double appointment to get into the group stage.
