Asmara, May 03 (QNA) - Eritrean President Isaias Afworki met here on
Sunday with UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan,
currently visiting Eritrea as part of his current tour of a number of
African countries. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations
and means of boosting them in the investment, economic and trading
fields. A host of issues including the situation in Palestine, Mideast
peace process, political and security developments in Iraq, Iranian
nuclear file as well as the situation in Afghanistan and Pakistan were
also discussed during the meeting. (QNA) LY
