SHARJAH (Sh. M. Networ )-Sakariye Mohamud Haji, member of the Alliance
for Re-libration of Somalia, the Asmara based wing, who is in UAE says
Thursday that negotiating talks between the two sides of the Alliance
for Re-libration of Somalia are due to open; Radio Shabelle interviews
him on Thursday.
Mr. Sakariye has said there are efforts needed to negotiate the two
sections of ARS, the Djibouti and Asmara based wings so as to end the
differences between the two sides but he described no date and place of
talks.
''We need to help our people who were in difficulty since 20 years of
conflicts thought the Ethiopian troops have left from the country,''
Sakariye said.
Mr. Sakariye has expressed suspicion for the Ethiopian troops' pull out
and said that Ethiopia wants to create problems between the Somali
people again and urged the Somali insurgents not to fight each other but
unite and agree.
The statement of Mr. Sakariye comes as the Ethiopian troops left from
the Somali capital Mogadishu.
