Outlook entitled "Opening Eritrea". In summary, the report says:
Since acquiring the Bisha project in 1998, Nevsun Resources has worked
effectively to develop the low-cost poly-metallic mine in central Eritrea,
in spite of geopolitical strife. The company has forged strong links with
the government (a 40% equity partner) and should be rewarded for its efforts
in early 2011 as its Bisha mine produces its first doré. Once commissioned,
the company will be in poll position to open Eritrea's golden door and
develop other projects in Eritrea.
