internal affairs
Monday, May 31st, 2010 at 06:23 pm
Somali transitional federal government has first time spoken about today the
fighting which happened recently Buhodle district and between Ethiopian
troops and Buhodle residents.
The fighting caused more casualties reached to Somali civilians in the area.
Somali transitional federal interior junior minister, A/rashid Mahamed
Hiddig, has held press conference in Djibouti, the capital of Djibouti
republic, and condemned Ethiopian government that its troops entered Somali
territory aggressively and added that Ethiopia has broken the law of borders
and has done more operations inside Somalia having no permission.
"We have told Ethiopian government to keep neighborhood and the law of
borders which the neighboring countries use", said Somali interior junior
minister.
Somali transitional federal interior junior minister called Ethiopian troops
to withdraw Somalia and stop interfering its internal affairs
"Buhodle fighting was unnecessary, we government are criticizing and calling
for Somali population to clam themselves down", said A/rashid Mahamed
Hiddig, who spoke about the attack which Ethiopian troops have killed more
Somali innocent civilians .
Hiddig underlined that there is good relationship between Somali and
Ethiopian governments, but every country is free for its land and dignity.
The statement from Somali transitional federal interior junior minister is
the first of its kind from Somali cabinet official since Ethiopian troops
attacked Buhodle and killed many Somali people and injured many more.
Ethiopian troops every time make fragrant intervention in the residents
locating the borders between Somalia and Ethiopia telling no one what it
does in Somalia and the only reason Ethiopia is not respecting Somalis is
said that there has been no Somali central functioning government for two
decades.
Ethiopian troops have yesterday pulled out Buhodle district of Somali
territory and have left with 16 cars which belong to resident businessmen
and that move brought more concern to the owners of the cars.
