THE EEBC DECISION TEN YEARS LATER AND ETHIOPIA'S ILLEGAL OCCUPATION:
HELLO AMERICA, IS IT NOT TIME TO SEE JUSTICE BE MADE TO WORK?

For the sake of justice... if there is any justice left in you, which
I hope there may still be, it would only make sense if you as
guarantors of the peace agreement between Eritrea and Ethiopia, go
back to it and oblige Ethiopia to respect the ruling of the 'Border
Commission'.
You give Ethiopia all it needs and & sometimes more, and you don't
seem to care when it breaks the rule of law. It is now 10 years since
the 'Border Commission' gave its ruling, ordering Ethiopia to
withdraw from occupied Eritrean land and to let the demarcation
happen… fully and unconditional.
All decisions of the 'Border Commission' were unanimous. They were
all clear cut decisions, and to say it again were all unanimous… and
we have yet to see them respected. Is it not time to see justice be
made to work?
