Dividends for the 2007 financial Year
The Shareholders at their 4th Ordinary Annual General Meeting held on
7th June 2008 has appropriated Nakfa 50.5 million as dividends to be
paid to shareholders at Nakfa 9.648706 (in 2006 was Nakfa 8.767148) for
a fully paid up share capital (including of bonus shares) on the result
of the financial year ending 31st December 2007.
As a result all shareholders are hereby advised to collect their
dividends by either calling at our office or by sending the attached
Dividend Order Form as soon as possible.
