Yemen, Djibouti discuss military cooperation

SANA'A, Oct.18 (Saba)-Yemen and Djibouti discussed here on Monday aspects of military cooperation between the two armies of the two countries in combating terrorism and sea piracy.
This came during a meeting gathered Chief of General Staff Major General Ahmed al-Ashwal and Commander of Republican Guard of Djibouti Colonel Mohamed Jama, who dealt with the coordination to secure the territorial waters of the two countries.
They also touched upon the exchange of experiences and cooperation in areas of training between the Republican Guards and Special Forces of Yemen and the Republic Guards in Djibouti.
At the meeting, Jama praised the advanced level reached by the Yemeni armed forces, confirming his country's keenness to avail from Yemen in the field of building the Republican Guards and Special Forces in areas of training.
