Sunridge Gold Update
Sunridge Gold Corp. (SGC/TSX.V) reports that on December 14, 2010 Sierra Gorda Investment Company Limited ("Antofagasta") reported the sale 13,588,750 common shares of Sunridge Gold Corp. being all of the shares it owned on www.sedi.ca.
On December 23, 2010, at a meeting of the board of directors, Ricardo Muhr the Antofagasta nominee, resigned as a director of Sunridge.
The board of directors thanks Mr. Muhr for his contributions during his term as a director.
