Our family is looking for Stifanos Ghebremedhn Bahta, an ELF tegadalay
who went missing in action in the early 80’s during the liberation
struggle.
Stifanos was born in Sembel, Asmara (near the old Dughana Enda Disti
area). He attended high school at Asmara Lul Mekonnen high school
(12th grade in 1973-74). During the height of struggle in 1975 he went
to meda and joined the ELF. His family saw him several times during
the Eritrean struggle for liberation but the last time he was seen was
between 1980-82 around the Tokombia Gash area. His mother is Amete and
his siblings are Abrehet, Letebrhan, Rishan, Rezene, Fkadu and Negish.
I have attached his high school picture before he joined the Eritrean
