During the occasion, President Isaias, the Minister of Defense, General
Sebhat Ephrem, Chairwoman of NUEW, Ms. Le'ul Gebreab and the Administrator
of the Northern Red Sea region laid wreathes at Nakfa martyrs' monument and
planted tree seedlings at the martyrs' park. During the event various
cultural shows were presented.
