Governor of Kassala Inspects work in Sudan-Eritrea Highway
Kassala - Governor of Kassala State, Mohamed Yousif Adam inspected, Sunday, the ongoing work in the establishment of the 24 kilometers -highway linking Sudan to the neighboring Eritrea via the border area of Galsa.
The Governor affirmed the importance of the road concerning the production and trade movement in the region, assuring the state's concern over linking all the areas of the state with tarmac roads.
The Commissioner of Rural Kassala Locality said Kassala-Wad Sherifi-Galsa highway represent real additive to the locality to link the areas of animal and agricultural production to the markets.
Kassala Commissioner said the work comes in the context of the infrastructure development projects.
