I was disappointed to learn from Inner City Press that Ban Ki-Moon
withdrew the report he himself drafted from circulation. It is a shame
on a figure like Moon to be forced to take such action. Learning the
news I tried to go back to Dehai archives to read the condemned report
again to no avail. I was disappointed for not having saved the issue.
But, after some search I discovered the report in another website and
saved it. Unfortunately when I went back to the file about an hour later to send the url for who ever is interested to read, print or save for
future reference the subject was deleted or removed. I am glad I saved
it, please see the attachment. I am also attaching another url of UNDP
watch to show the value of the withdrawn report. What a shame! What a loss!
