and law. The author is Mr. Senai W. Andemariam. He finished at the top of
his class at the Asmara Law School, earned honors at Georgetown Law,
was Fulbright
Scholar and a former judge in Eritrea. He is currently a lecturer of law at
the College of Arts and Sciences in Eritrea. And he is only in his mid 30s!
I have read his work on other subjects. His writings are
always meticulously well researched and extremely easy to read. Let us
support this dynamic young academic by accepting his new jem on the
