Organize, Organize, and Organize!
Eritrea's independence was won through hard work, sacrifice, unity, discipline and the strength of our organization. Eritrea's future development of its economy also depends on these factors and for that reason this year's conference will heavily focus on organizational development; drawing on the experience of our people's organizations yesterday and today. "Tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today" - African Proverb.

Learn from Eritrea's experience
The conference is a great opportunity to learn from the experience of our elders as well as the experience of our peers. See examples of successful projects from different corners of the world and learn from the years of experience that our older generation has endured and continues to endure as Eritrea fights to continue developing its economy in a world that has increasingly become hostile and dangerous. It is important that participants take some time to be informed before the conference by reading some of the latest developments.
