Dear,

I am Eritrean citzen living and working in Djibouti. I was trying to register myself in the Embassy for the above mentioned subject. Currently, the Consul of the Embassy is in Eritrea for vacation and the Secretary has no idea about it. Unfortunately, I may not be in Eritrea during the conference. Please advise me how to register and to be part of the programme.
