Last year, the Scrooge at the Kangaroo Court known as UNSC attempted to steal Christmas from Eritreans by trying to strengthen sanctions against Eritrea citing fabricated, bogus evidence provided by Weyane. The Scrooge did not succeed for the most part since what it got was watered down sanctions that amounted to little and accomplished nothing. This year, the Scrooge was hoping for a bigger and more powerful job. As karma would have it, the Scrooge's lies and years of ineptness finally caught up with it. Ghosts of Christmas past, present and future started to appear. The Scrooge's full background and experience (warts and all) were exposed and it wasn't pretty. The Scrooge finally decided to save itself some embarrassment by withdrawing from consideration, presenting Eritreans around the globe an unexpected, early holiday present. Indeed, it is going to be a very Merry Christmas this year and a really Happy New Year. Goodbye Scrooge!
