Eritrea’s Finance Minister Berhane Habtemariamsays the government will make what he called “policy adjustments” to encourageinvestment. He said that the adjustments would beaimed at spurring economic growth. He was speaking Monday at the opening of atwo-day national investment conference in Asmara.
