Eritrean President receives Musa Mohamed Ahmed
Khartoum, Nov. 13 (SUNA)- Assistant of the President of the Republic
Musa Mohamed Ahmed has disclosed that Eritrean President Assias Afwerki
is conducting contacts with leaders of Darfur armed movements to join
the upcoming negotiations scheduled in the Qatari capital of Doha.
Ahmed made the remark Thursday following a meeting with the visiting
Eritrean President at his residence in Khartoum.
In a press statement, Ahmed said he briefed President Afwerki on the
progress of implementation of East Sudan peace agreement and outcomes of
the National Forum of People of Sudan for Solving Darfur Problem. AH/BT
