In the rape case against four young men from Eritrea, the 56-year-old victim will testify on Tuesday at the State Court in Dessau. It is certain that this is done in camera.

It is still unclear whether and how the woman from Dessau will be spared a meeting with the defendants. It is conceivable that the woman is interviewed without the presence of the four men - and the men translated their statement in an adjoining room parallel and explained. In principle, a survey by video is also possible.

In the rape process, it's the fourth day of the trial. Of the four defendants, one has so far granted the rape, another had claimed to remember nothing, the third defendant had denied his participation. The fourth man has not commented on the allegations yet.

In addition to the victim to be heard on Tuesday also once again two mobile phone specialists of the police. Last Thursday it had become clear that experts had been able to produce a deleted 24-second video from the night of the crime. It was shown at the judge's bench. What was to be seen remained unclear in the courtroom.
