The document will facilitate a structured dialogue to strengthen collaboration, according to the diplomatic note.
On the Indian side the text will be signed by the Secretary of Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, TS Tirumurti, while on the part of Eritrea will be his ambassador in New Delhi, Alem Tsehaye Woldemariam.
India and Eritrea enjoy warm and cordial political, commercial, educational and other relations, the Foreign Ministry added.
For several years, India has been assisting Eritrea in capacity-building in various fields, including legislative issues, technical fellowships in agriculture, education and health, as well as food aid.
The South Asian giant is one of the preferred destinations for Eritreans to pursue their higher education.
