The Lying Lingo of the U.S. Empire’s Perpetual-War Machine

Late in the Biden Administration, its FBI headlined on 12 July 2020, “The China Threat” and opened:
The counterintelligence and economic espionage efforts emanating from the government of China and the Chinese Communist Party are a grave threat to the economic well-being and democratic values of the United States.
Confronting this threat is the FBI’s top counterintelligence priority.
To be clear, the adversary is not the Chinese people or people of Chinese descent or heritage. The threat comes from the programs and policies pursued by an authoritarian government.
On 31 May 2025, early in Trump’s second term, his Secretary of ’Defense’ (Aggression), Pete Hegseth, said:
Under President Trump's leadership, the United States is committed to achieving peace through strength. That starts with deterring aggression around the world. … We're … increasing security in the Western Hemisphere and taking back the Panama Canal from malign Chinese influence. It is key terrain, after all. China did not build that canal. We did. … But elsewhere — and around the world — we are engaging with, enabling, and empowering our allies. …
A threat gathers. As we all know, strength and security underpin peace and enable prosperity. … China seeks to become a hegemonic power in Asia. No doubt. It hopes to dominate and control too many parts of this vibrant and vital region. Through its massive military build-up and growing willingness to use military force to achieve its goals, including grey zone tactics and hybrid warfare, China has demonstrated that it wants to fundamentally alter the region's status quo. …
Every day you see it. China's military harasses Taiwan. These activities have been paired with China's rapid military modernization and buildup – including huge investments in nuclear weapons, hypersonics, and amphibious assault capabilities.
It has to be clear to all that Beijing is credibly preparing to potentially use military force to alter the balance of power in the Indo-Pacific. We know. It's public that Xi has ordered his military to be capable of invading Taiwan by 2027. The PLA is building the military needed to do it. Training for it every day. And rehearsing for the real deal. …
Again, to be clear: any attempt by Communist China to conquer Taiwan by force would result in devastating consequences for the Indo-Pacific and the world. There's no reason to sugarcoat it. The threat China poses is real. …
The United States, especially under President Trump, does not seek war. We do not seek to dominate or strangle China. To encircle or provoke. We do not seek regime change. … President Trump has also said that Communist China will not invade Taiwan on his watch. So, our goal is to prevent war, to make the costs too high, and peace the only option. … But if deterrence fails, and if called upon by my Commander in Chief, we are prepared to do what the Department of Defense does best – fight and win — decisively.
America signed, in 1972, the Shanghai Communique, which said that “Taiwan is a part of China,” which remains the U.S. Government’s official policy to this very day, even while America sends weapons to Taiwan to break away from China. (America’s ‘news’-media hide instead of expose this duplicitousness of the U.S. Government — which is being done by both Democrats and Republicans in the U.S. Government. Neoconservatism is bipartisan in the U.S. Government.) The aggressor’s (America’s) plan is for Taiwan to formally declare its independence from China — declare that Taiwan (or “Formosa”) is no longer (or else never was) a Province of China, at which point China will invade that Province of China to end that rebellion, so that America — which is formally committed that “Taiwan is a part of China” — will then be able self-righteously (on the basis of its lies) to invade China in order to ‘defend its ally’ (which ‘ally’, America — since 1972 — has been saying “is a part of China” — which America treats not as an “ally,” but as its “enemy”). The U.S. Government’s fraud on this is obvious to anyone but an idiot. And THIS is America’s “deterring aggression around the world.” It was Biden’s plan, and remains Trump’s plan, for invading China. It’s founded entirely upon lies, but nobody calls-out this U.S. scam against the public.
“The United States, especially under President Trump, does not seek war. We do not seek to dominate or strangle China. To encircle or provoke. We do not seek regime change.” But, in fact, the United States DOES seek war, and DOES seek to dominate AND strangle China, AND to encircle and provoke China, AND to regime-change China. This is ithe U.S. Government’s goal.
And one “Map of U.S. Military Encirclement of China” is here; and here is another, and here is another. So, one can easily see there that the same regime that regime-changed Iraq on the basis of lies, and that regime-changed Libya on the basis of lies, and that regime-changed Syria on the basis of lies, and that regime-changed Ukraine on the basis of lies, is setting up to regime-change China, on the basis of lies. Will the world let this go on-and-on?
In order for the Trump Administration to do this, they want to switch from what has been the Democratic Party billionaires’ obsession to capture Russia, to the Republican Party billionaires’ obsession, which is to capture China. On June 11th, Hegseth, who was asked in the U.S. House what the budget will be for supplying weapons to Ukraine, said “It is a reduction in this [year’s] budget,” but he left open a possible return next year (2026) to budget-increases for Ukraine. So, at least for now, Trump is more determined to defeat China, than to defeat Russia. It’s the constant-war Government: the U.S. Government.
Trump and his Congress are proposing to cut the federal budgets for every federal Department EXCEPT the two that they are proposing to increase: the ‘Defense’ Department, and the Homeland Security Department. This is how the U.S. regime intends to fund its war to conquer China. How else can they turn America into a full-fledged police-state? Will the American people continue to allow this? Will America’s colonies continue to allow it? Or will they all turn against this rogue regime, the U.S. Government, and renounce it, before all of this ends up producing WW3? After all, it’s NOT a democracy. The claim that it IS a democracy is yet another of its lies. What is NOT to be regime-changed about this U.S. Government? Who wants this Government, except its billionaires who profit from these constant wars, and from havng a ‘Defense’ Department that dwarfs any other nation’s? It is just a scam, but it does serve its billionaires.
