Teklehaimanot cycled himself into history in the Tour of 2015

Daniel Teklehaimanot built up a solid reputation as an attacker in his 6 years as a pro. In the Tour of 2015 he was the first African to wear the polka dot jersey. This made him a popular hero in Eritrea.
Last season, Teklehaimanot did less well at Dimension Data. He did not receive a new contract with the South African formation. But Cofidis catches him up after a thorough discussion. Teklehaimanot may debut in the Tour of Dubai in 4 days.
