Ethiopian, Eritrean, Somali And Djibouti FMs Hold Meeting To Advance Dialogue Between Eritrea And Djibouti

The visit is the first initiative of the Joint High-Level Committee established by the three countries.

Addis Ababa, September 6, 2018 (FBC) – Foreign Ministers from Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia and Djibouti held a meeting in Djibouti today.

Ethiopian, Eritrean and Somali Foreign Ministers, Dr Workneh Gebeyehu, Osman Saleh and Ahmed Isse Awad, respectively, traveled to Djibouti to advance dialogue between Eritrea and Djibouti.

The visit is the first initiative of the Joint High-Level Committee established by the three countries at the tripartite summit held in Asmara yesterday.

The ministers also met with President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti.
