The Origin of Biden’s Claim to Being the Dictator Over All Nations

During the ABC interview of the neoconservative President Biden on Friday night, July 5th, Biden said, “I’m running the world. Not — and that’s not hy — sounds like hyperbole; but, we are the essential nation of the world. Madeleine Albright was right.”
Albright, the neoconservative U.S. Secretary of State during the neoconservative U.S. President Bill Clinton’s second term (1997-2001) — during which the first round of post-Soviet U.S. expansions of NATO occurred, on 12 March 1999, absorbing Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania — she had said, on NBC (19 February 1998), that “if we have to use force, it is because we are America; we are the indispensable nation.” She alleged every other nation is “dispensable,” or to use Biden’s term, “non-essential”; only America is not — all others can be disposed of by America.
On 23 March 2022, CNN headlined “Biden remembers Albright as ‘a force for goodness, grace, and decency’,” and quoted Biden, “When I think of Madeleine, I will always remember her fervent faith that ‘America is the indispensable nation.’”
On 28 May 2014, the neoconservative President Obama had addressed America’s future generals by saying,
The United States is and remains the one indispensable nation. That has been true for the century passed and it will be true for the century to come. … Russia’s aggression toward former Soviet states unnerves capitals in Europe, while China’s economic rise and military reach worries its neighbors. From Brazil to India, rising middle classes compete with us, and governments seek a greater say in global forums. … It will be your generation’s task to respond to this new world.
This has been the fullest U.S. statement of neoconservatism. Obama was telling the military that America’s economic competition, against the BRICS nations, is a key matter for America’s military, and not only for America’s private corporations; that U.S. taxpayers fund America’s military at least partially in order to impose the wills and extend the wealth of the stockholders in America’s corporations abroad; and that the countries against which America is in economic competition are “dispensable,” but America “is and remains the one indispensable nation.” This, supposedly, also authorizes America’s weapons and troops to fight against countries whose “governments seek a greater say in global forums.” In other words: Stop the growing economies from growing faster than America’s — block their growth (think of Biden’s blowing up the Nord Stream pipelines so as to slow growth in Europe). Another name for the American Government’s supremacist ideology is “imperialistic fascism”; however, since these are liberal (i.e., hypocritical) instead of conservative (i.e., overtly and even proudly greed-driven) neoconservatives, they don’t say things like the conservative (right-wing) neoconservative George W. Bush did, “You’re either with us or against us.” In any gangland situation, such a conservative overtly aggressive style is the way this sentiment is often expressed, but Democratic Party neocons sugar-coat it so as to make it palatable to liberals — pretending not to be the fascist imperialists that they actually are.
Those constitute merely a few of the occasions on which Democratic Party neoconservatives have stated and repeated the original, which was from the Democratic neoconservative Albright.
After she said this on 19 February 1998, came the 12 March 1999 addition of those 7 former Warsaw Pact nations, followed quickly during the 24 March 1999 to 10 June 1999 78-day NATO bombing and destruction of Yugoslavia (that video being so good it’s banned in U.S.-and-allied countries) in order to get ultimately into NATO Slovenia, Albania, Croatia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia, so as to leave till the end of Bill Clinton’s Presidency his Rhodesist (i.e., neoconservative) plan for adding to the U.S.-UK empire. Ever since at least Clinton, the entire Democratic Party billionaires’ gang has been like this — essentially no different from the Republican billionaires’ gang. Only the names are changed, to protect the guilty — be they liberal or conservative. It’s really one big club of U.S.-and-allied billionaires and their agents.
