Donald Trump’s and Kamala Harris’s Most Dangerous Policies

TRUMP:

——

“At the conclusion of his [26 July] speech at the Believers Summit in West Palm Beach, Fla., Trump said, ‘Christians, get out and vote, just this time. You won’t have to do it anymore. … You got to get out and vote. In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good you’re not going to have to vote.’”

The Washington Post, 27 July 2024

“According to an unredacted passage shown to Vanity Fair by a source, Trump’s ask [of Xi at the G20 Summit dinner in Osaka on 28 June 2019] is even more crudely shocking when you read Trump’s specific language. ‘Make sure I win,’ Trump allegedly told Xi during a dinner at the G20 conference in Osaka, Japan last summer. ‘I will probably win anyway, so don’t hurt my farms. … Buy a lot of soybeans and wheat and make sure we win.’ (The White House did not respond to a request for comment.)”

Vanity Fair, 18 June 2020

——

Donald Trump’s career consistently displays a dictatorial view of the U.S. Government, like King Louis XIV’s famous “L'état, c'est moi.” (“I am the Government.”) It personalizes the Government, to himself; instead of democratizes the Government, to the public. No other U.S. President has ever treated his office that way, before. Pre-Revolutionary France and many other countries have accepted this type of monarchical view of Government. So too did Nazi Germany, though Hitler was called not King but “der Führer,” and Stalin was called only “(Field) Marshal” even after the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet on 26 June 1945 honored him with an even higher and unprecedented — except under the czars — formal title as “Generalissmus.” (Stalin rejected any such title, though he might have accepted the American moniker of “Commander-in-Chief,” since it’s not limitedly military, as “Generalissmus” is.)

But whatever term is used for any such personalization of America’s office of the Presidency, it is anti-American, profoundly unConstitutional, to such an extent that it is even anti-Constitutional. It is traitorous, because it makes that President (who has sworn his oath to the Constitution) an enemy of this nation.

HARRIS:

Kamala Harris is committed to the policies of the man who appointed her, Joe Biden.

Though voters list international affairs (which includes wars) as being at or near the bottom of their priorities in national elections, international affairs are #1, above even reducing their taxes and weakening regulations that restrain their corporations domestically, for billionaires (the people who control America’s mega-corporations); and this is so because of two reasons:

(1) America’s 900 foreign military bases constitute the enforcement-arm of their global mega-corporate empire (it gives those corporations a terrific competitive advantage); and, (2) their personal investments are largely in ‘Defense’ stocks (their mega-corporations whose markets are only the American Government itself and secondarily this Government’s colonies (‘allied’ Governments) which likewise buy their weapons from them). These ‘Defense’ stocks have for decades been their most profitable investments, and need constant wars so as to keep the profitability of those corporations so high. Unlike in Russia and in China, which never privatized their armaments-makers and so their armament-makers serve the Government (national security) instead of serve any private investors, America’s armaments-makers serve the primary goal of producing high profits for their investors, instead of to actually serve the national defense. This is why America has been spending as much on its military as all of the other 200 nations together have been spending. This needs to be understood in order to understand why both of America’s political Parties have as their #1 goal to increase even further the current $1.5 trillion that America actually spends on an annual basis for its entire military, and this service to the billionaires has been the U.S. Government’s top priority ever since, as least, 1990.

Another thing that has to be understood in order to understand not only the Republican Party’s but also the Democratic Party’s goal of always increasing military spending at the expense of Governmental spending on education, health care, and other domestic matters, is that this hyper-aggressiveness (rule of America by its military-industrial complex) has brought us now closer to World War Three than ever before — even than the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis did — and it will take the world over the cliff into a hyper-catastrophic global nuclear war soon, if it is not stopped soon and reversed, so that no longer will the U.S. Government’s top priority be to further expand its empire, but instead to end its empire, and to cut that $1,500,000,000,000 annual military spending down to only around $150,000,000,000 — $1.5 trillion, down to $150 billion, per year, which then could possibly still be the world’s largest military budget — especially because America would cut those 900 foreign military bases down to under 100 — which would still be far more than any other country’s.

Obviously, in order to do this, only an extremely courageous U.S. President — a true patriot — would be doing it, and then America’s billionaires, who fund all successful U.S. politicians, would be spewing hell against that person, through their ‘news’-media, think tanks, etc. So, this is the type of President that America needs now. Trump wasn’t. Biden wasn’t. (Obama wasn’t. Bush wasn’t. Clinton wasn’t.) Will Harris? Only if she condemns BOTH TRUMP AND BIDEN. And how likely is that? Consider:

A condition which America placed upon Finland to be accepted into NATO was that it must accept U.S. nuclear weapons to be placed there only 507 miles, or 7 minutes of missile-flight-time, away from Moscow, and Finland said yes, but it still hasn’t yet been done. (Perhaps Biden was intending to do it after the November 5th election.)

On July 28th, Deutsche Welle headlined “Putin threatens response if US deploys missiles in Germany. Following plans for the US to position longer-range missiles in Germany, Russia has threatened to respond in kind. Both sides are considering deploying nuclear-capable weapons.” It said: “Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday that Moscow would implement "mirror measures" if the United States goes ahead with its stated plan to deploy advanced missiles within Germany. … The US under former President Donald Trump's administration pulled out of the treaty in 2019, accusing Russia of violations. Although Moscow also subsequently withdrew from the treaty, Putin said that it had continued to abide by the terms of the agreement, something that it would no longer do if such missiles were placed in Germany.” Russia’s RT News headlined “Putin warns of reciprocal response to US missiles in Germany”, and reported:

He noted that the flight time of such missiles to targets on Russian territory would be about ten minutes, and that they could also be equipped with nuclear warheads.

“This situation is reminiscent of the events of the Cold War related to the deployment of American medium-range missiles in Europe,” Putin stated. He said that while Russia has long left the Cold War in the past, the US “did not reciprocate.” The president warned that if the US goes through with the missile deployment plan, Russia will respond accordingly.

“If the US implements such plans, we will consider ourselves free from the previously adopted moratorium on the deployment of medium- and short-range strike weapons, and will take steps to boost the capabilities of the coastal troops of our Navy,” he stated, noting that the development of a number of such missile systems is in the final stages.

“We will take mirror measures to deploy [these systems], taking into account the actions of the US and its satellites in Europe and other regions of the world,” Putin pledged. …

According to a joint US-German press release dated July 10, the US “will begin episodic deployments of the long-range fires capabilities of its Multi-Domain Task Force in Germany in 2026.”

The U.S. regime is trying to checkmate Russia by becoming able to blitz-nuke The Kremlin within a mere 10 minutes — which is far too short a time-from-launch for Russia to be able to release any of its nukes in return. America has been trying for decades to achieve that checkmate; and, now, President Biden is setting up for Kamala Harris to do it as soon as 2026. Whether she would do it or not can best be judged by whether or not she publicly condemns it before the November 5th election. Maybe she will wait till right before the election to condemn it, so as not to cause the Party’s billionaires to stop funding her campaign until the contest is already nearly over. But if she won’t condemn it at all, then there will probably be WW3 in 2026 or 2027.

Would the U.S. regime then be the first to strike (as it intends)? Not necessarily. If Putin gets intelligence that America is actually setting it up, then maybe he’ll launch a preventive attack to eliminate that setup in Germany (maybe it would do this non-nuclearly), and then wait for the U.S. regime’s response.

A popular statement from America’s Democratic Party is that America is “the indispensable nation”, which means that all other countries are “dispensable.” Consequently, the U.S. regime would be unlikely to jeopardize its own existence in order to protect another nation. If that turns out to be the case, then maybe America’s billionaires will then decide that, much like in the case of the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, their President ought to negotiate with Russia a settlement. (After all: even ALL of Germany is “dispensable,” in their view.)

But, in any case, the nominees of America’s billionaires, for the office of the Presidency — both the Democrat and the Republican — are toxic to the entire world, and not only to America. There is no question about that. Furthermore, Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz is a traitor to the German people, and should be treated by them as such. There are a lot of Governments that should be overthrown, starting with the ones in the U.S. empire (such as Germany). Unfortunately, however, their ‘news’-media have indoctrinated all of these countries with lies; and, so, none of them is at all close to having a revolution to free itself from the grips of their (and America’s) billionaires — who lead their lands to the very cliff of WW3. All of these countries can quit NATO and make their own deals with Russia. NATO is the trip-wire to nuclear catastrophe. It is evil. It must be defanged.

BOTH TRUMP AND HARRIS:

Choosing between those two is like a death-sentenced convict being given a choice between being killed by a firing-squad or else by a hanging. This isn’t any sort of democracy. That’s why a Second American Revolution is necessary.

Investigative historian Eric Zuesse’s latest book, AMERICA’S EMPIRE OF EVIL: Hitler’s Posthumous Victory, and Why the Social Sciences Need to Change, is about how America took over the world after World War II in order to enslave it to U.S.-and-allied billionaires. Their cartels extract the world’s wealth by control of not only their ‘news’ media but the social ‘sciences’ — duping the public.
