Sudan and Eritrea affirm necessity for strengthening relations

 

Khartoum, May4 (SUNA) – The Sudanese-Eritrean official talks co- chaired by the Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Gen. Abdel Al-Fattah Al-Burhan and the Eritrean President, Asaias Afwerki held, Tuesday, in the Republican Palace.

The two sides affirmed the necessity for strengthening the bilateral relations to serve the interests of the peoples of Sudan and Eritrea.

Al-Burhan and Afwerki expressed hope that the issues concerning the region will be settled via dialogue and negotiation.

Sudanese-Eritrean talks begin


 

Khartoum May 4 (SUNA) – The Sudanese-Eritrean official talks  co-chaired by the Head of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Gen .Abdel Al-Fattah Al-Burhan and the Eritrean President Asaias Afwerki startd, Tuesday, in the Republican Palace.

The Eritrean President accompanied by the Foreign Minister, Osman Salih and the Presidential Advisor, yemane Gheabrab  arrived in Khartoum Tuesday morninig.
