Mogadishu, October, 08, 2023: The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, His Excellency Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has left for a working trip to Eritrea where they are receiving special training in some of the different parts of the Armed Forces. The visit of the President of the Republic is based on strengthening the relationship between the two countries, promoting defense and security cooperation to maintain peace, stability and security in the region.
President Hassan Sheikh, based on the importance of the implementation of the plan to clear the country of the Khawarij in a short period of time, the President of Galmudug State Mr. Ahmed Abdi Kariye tasked with accelerating and guiding the struggle to eliminate the Khawarij from Galmudug areas, the President will continue to lead the war after the trip against terrorism.
