Algerian rider Hamza Amari (Team Madar Pro-Cycling) won the 10th and final stage of the Tour d'Algérie cycling race (TAC-2025), held on Tuesday between Ouargla and Hassi Messaoud over a distance of 83.5 km, with a fast course promised to the sprinters.
Hamza Yacine crossed the finish line in 2 hours 01 minutes and 42 seconds, ahead of Gidich Yevgeniy (China Glory-Mentech) and Maekele Milkiyas (Eritrea National Team), all credited with the same time.
At the end of this last stage, Hamza Amari (Algeria - MPT) won the yellow jersey, Yacine Hamza took the green jersey for the best sprinter, the red for the best Algerian, and the blue for the winner of the stage.
The polka dot jersey for the best climber goes to Algerian Reguigui, that of the best U23 hopeful (white), to Algerian Mimouni Oussama (development selection), while Baguara Lucas (Techniques Inamilia/Italy) took the Orange jersey.
Included in the calendar of the Africa Tour of the International Cycling Union (UCI), the 2025 Tour of Algeria and the three Grand Prix, placed under the control of a college of race commissioners, chaired by the Belgian Patrick Demunter.
